Sunshine and Shoe Shopping

Ian and I walked downtown today to enjoy the heat and sunshine and shop for new shoes for Ian.  The shoe shopping was a total bust.  Ian didn't want to spend a lot of money on shoes and when he finally gave in and decided he'd buy another pair of Chucks, it turned out that they didn't have his size.  The biggest size they had was a 10.5.  I will soon be ordering a pair of Tom's online and I think Ian will probably just order a pair of shoes, too.  Probably not Tom's, though, as they'd look pretty comical on his large feet.

We found a little broken tennis ball on the playground in front of our apartment, so we'd played catch for a few minutes.

Wokka wokka wokka.

There was a group of girls throwing water balloons at each other.  It hit over eighty degrees today, so most everyone was out and about.  I couldn't be happier to say goodbye to winter, but I'm wondering just how hot summer gets if spring is like this.  At least it's not humid.

Now we're kicking back and watching The Ant Bully on Korean t.v. before dinner.  Tomorrow is my first official day at Goam.  I should be looking over worksheets and lesson plans tonight, but I'm finding it very hard to motivate myself.

Good night!
