A Quick and Boring Reminder

Today was an average Saturday.  We went to the gym (ran, did some strength training), then met Ben downtown for dinner and a movie.  We went to Mr. Pizza; Ian and I have had a lot of bibimbap lately.  I printed out little cards that explain that we're vegetarians in preparation for Mom's visit, so hopefully they will help us broaden our experience with Korean food.

So, we all went and saw the Book of Eli.  Post-Apocalyptic films seem to be big sellers these days.  I have mixed feelings about the film, so I'll wait to say much about it.  It's likely that we'll see Shutter Island tomorrow, so I'll choose one of the two and write a whole review.

Tomorrow should be a regular Sunday; we'll sleep in, eat brunch (egg whites, toast and fresh pineapple for me, an egg sandwich and pineapple for Ian) and then we'll start on the many things we don't have time to do during the week.  Tomorrow that includes paying the bills, making lesson plans, cleaning the apartment and finishing the itinerary and bookings for Mom's visit.  It'll be a full day.  I'm hoping we make it outside while it's still light out so that I can take some photos, so that I have something interesting to show you fine folks.

I only received about six email addresses (thank you, guys). So, I just wanted to remind anyone interested to shoot me an email ( youknowcasey at gmail.com).  I misreported the time difference in last night's post.  My Sunday night post will be your Sunday morning, not Saturday.  I often scramble the 16 hour difference.  If you're unsure of what I'm talking about here, go check out my previous post for an explanation.  And, please, please, please don't be shy about emailing me.  I really don't want anyone to get shut out.  I'm replying to each and every email individually because I'm grateful that you all take the time to read.

Good night!

  1. Can't wait to see you both, can't believe i leave day after tomorrow. So excited. You already have mine and Rob and Danielle's email, so i assume you don't need me to send them, let me know if that is incorrect. Some people don't read everyday, so it may take you awhile to get all the emails. Enjoy your sunday.
